Question Gladiator from Helll...

I wonder if you could shoe, stuff, jam & pound a Supercharged 6.2 Hemi: “HellCat V8” powerplant and a Tremec 6-Speed Transmission in a Gladiator ?

Would work?

With the proper application of tools, money and materials, anything is possible.

Jeep says it goes in like a glove IF (and it’s a big if) you disregard safety. It basically took a huge dump on all the passenger crash protection built into the chassis of the Jeep. Jeep says it wouldn’t ever be able to get a hemi powered Wrangler or Gladiator to pass basic government safety standards.

Maximus 1000 Gladiator | Hennessey Performance | Hennessey Performance

I wonder how this works if it kills the crash safety ratings like they say. Maybe you just have to sign a waiver saying you won't sue them if you buy this from them.

John Hennessey dose a good job with his builds, if a vehicle has a problem he just chips it to hold the speed down. He also offers a warranty because of course he violates the factory with his modifications. This Maximus is the bomb but I don't have $200K to spend on a jeep. I settled for the Launch edition and I am very happy.

That is just for the crate and they are sold out. The integration and making it fit are a whole other story. Like I said Hennessy want 200K for the whole package and that includes the base Rubicon.

The JT is too new but if it is anything like the JK, a LS8 with a 10 speed auto trans would be perfect and wouldn't cost anything near $200K!

Hell, I'd be happy with a 5.7L Hemi and my current 8-speed trans.

With the Tornado on the way, a hemi is not likely.
