I guess this is what I'd been hoping for

Nice article, mouth watering photos, and $36k doesn't seem outta line considering the reputed price of a new Gladiator.

That's greats news if true. The thing that still concerns me for this truck though is its overall length. For as long as it appears to be, I can have a half ton, with a real 6.5ft bed on it for only slightly longer. 231 Supercab F150, Colorado ZR2 short bed a little over 5ft and extended cab ZR2 a 6 foot bed and the ZR2 over all length is 212.7. The gladiator is 218 overall length. Not to mention the proportions seem off at least in the pics. FYI, The overall length of an extended cab Raptor is 220.

I am really on the fence at the moment. Do I wait to see this or do I just got with a new JL.

That Scrambler is sweet
It's easy to grin, when your ship comes in, and you've got the stock market beat. But the man worthwhile, is the man who can smile, when his shorts are too tight in the seat........... Judge Smails

I've thought about finding a Scrambler to have fun with. Either a project or a finished restoration.....$$$$ and time.......I'll have to live with what I have for now....afraid the Gladiator will not meet my needs for now and it will be out of my what I consider reasonable price range...
