Curious if anyone knows the difference between these headers. I am building a stroker and have seen that the new torque tubes flow better than the old revolver headers. Is the only difference the o2 bungs? I like the newer style and could just plug the bungs and run the factory o2 in the under pipe. Any thoughts? Is the bolt pattern the same? I am also doing the 99+ intake manifold upgrade. One says 91-99 the other is 2000-2006.

Look way different to me. The revolver has the single outlet pipe which will connect to the stock down pipe and the rest of the stock exhaust on a yj. Looks like you'll have to get something else for the other one, it looks like it has two outlets.

I put a banks header (for the appropriate year) on my 91 when I had it and it rocked.

I guess I should have clarified... I have the 2000 y pipe in the garage from a previous wrangler. It has a o2 bung in it just like the one I have pictured. I was more curious about the bolt pattern in the head than anything. Anyone know anything about the bolt pattern?

The bolt patterns look the same, the problem would be fitting the intake manifold but if you're going to the newer one that would seem to be okay. I have to wonder about placement of the 02 sensor that far down the line, these jeeps are so sensitive to good readings.
BTW I went with Borla header, made a big difference and it's been on for probably 15 years.
