Magnaflow 17143 - MagnaFlow Performance "Off Road Pro Series" Exhaust for 12-14 Jeep® Wrangler Unlimited JK 4 Door with 3.6L - Quadratec
I was interested in this one but am worried it may be TOO loud. I want her to sound throaty but I don't want to sound like a ricer… maybe I should go with something more conservative? let me know what you think!

I've been doing a lot of research on exhausts for the '07-'11 JKs and out of all of them I think the Banks Monster sounds and looks the best. I'll probably end up getting one.

I'm concerned tho. I've got my 5-year 100k powertrain warranty thru Chrysler and a 6-year 75k bumper-bumper warranty thru CarMax. Generally, exhaust won't void that, will it?

I'm not used to dealing with vehicles under warranty...

Check youtube for videos of the magnaflow and compare them to the dynomax one. I think the dynomax would be better for an daily driver. Still has that nice deep tone but not too too loud.

It's a Mud Marauder, not a Speed Demon.

i had the dynomax catback on my JK with the drone prevention (it sounded like an S2000 with an exhaust system) it was too loud.

I have the axle back dual exhaust tips on my JKU and it sounds a lot better. Biggest problem is the right side hangs lower than the left and it drives me bananas! I painted it flat black so it isn't too too noticeable, but i know its uneven.

I'll probably buy another axle back once I get my $150 worth of use out of this one.

Definitely does not sound like a ricer on mine...pretty quiet at idle and sounds great when you hit the gas.

For the money you can't beat the AFE. It is virtually invisible from the rear and the tip is tucked away. Absolutely no cabin drone, and sounds really good when you open it up.

Wow lots of old exhaust threads waking up today. I installed the Dynomax Rock Crawler cat back system pn 39524 on my '15 two weeks ago. It eliminates the resonator, over axle pipe, and muffler. The new stainless muffler goes where the stock resonator was followed by the tail pipe that terminates with a ss tip at the rear driver corner. Not a fan of the polished look so I painted the tip high temp flat black. Also trimmed a few inches off the tailpipe to keep everything nicely tucked under the Jeep.
I love the sound, very mello idle, deep and throaty acceleration, and no drone on the highway. Sounds great around town or in the trail but quite while highway cruising. Also lost weight and gained clearance, exactly what I was looking for.
