As per my email from this morning;
Please provide a phone number for the responsible manager at the dealership, so that I can get resolution to the parts warranty issue on the fender.
Over a month without resolution does not bode well for customer service.
Benny went above and beyond to correct an issue that was a series of events out of anyone's control. Just a perfect storm that was a real fluke.
It's easy to do business when everything goes right. It is an outstanding company that exceeds a customer's expectations when everything goes wrong.
I look forward to working with M.O.P. on future orders.
