Need assistance pls

Hopefully you can help.About a yr ago I purchased a Rubicon Express CV drive shaft from you guys. Im tracking down a vibration and I found the rear u joint doesent fit snug in the yoke. Theres play up and down.
I called Rubicon Express and they were useless. He said he didn't know what to do for me eve though the shaft has a lifetime warranty. See my video in my last post here:

Are you talking about the axle yoke? Unfortunately I can't see the video because Photobucket is too polluted with ads and it won't load. If it's just the u-joint I can get that out for you no problem.

Yes,it's a 1310 u joint I believe.Shaft is part number 1898 170.f you have a email I can send you the video so you can see it.Thanks

And for anyone reading this Tom took care of my issue and is sending me a u joint. Hes helping me out where the manufacturer wouldent. Thats customer service and will be getting my business from now on. Thanks Tom.
