Price Rip Off

I just finished an online chat with one of your reps. I asked for a quote for Mastercraft Baja RS seats with forum discount. They in turn quoted me over $100 more than what your website has them listed for. When I called them out on it, they told me it was because I didn't call. Seriously? If I had placed the order with the so called "forum discount" I would be out over $100 more for the order. Great customer service.

I apologize about the issue. I'll look into that and see who you spoke to but I personally always try to get forum members the best deals I can. I have the thread, Devin is who I spoke with via your chat. It's frustrating that had I just placed the order through him and not known price was cheaper on your website I would have spent over $100 more on the order. Then trying to tell me it's because I didn't call the order in is that much more frustrating. Not to mention, making it seem like I'm being done a favor because he will honor the online price?

It's fine, as I told Devin I'll probably just order from Mastercraft directly. Would rather spend the extra $50 per seat through them and avoid any further issues.
