1" body lift.

I know. I know this has probably been discussed (over discussed) on here many times. But I'm new here and and contemplating one. I have a 95YJ with a 1" boomerang shackle lift that gives me just enough claerance for my 31X 10.5 BG's. Thinking of trying to sqeak another inch for a little more clearance. I've been told it's fairly simple, will not require a change in shocks, other than the radiator shroud having to be lowered that the wires, brake lines, transfer case should be fine. Also, will I notice a difference in the engine compartment? Thoughts? Pros and cons?

XJ- Also. I'm trying to avoid The Motor mount lift. Is it neccesary? If i don't use it other than lowering the shroud what's the negitives.
