Good way to mount just a shovel to Hi-Lift?

All the mounts I see either are designed to mount the jack and shovel or they are designed for shovel + axe.

I stopped carrying axes many years ago. I found it was just for show and never got used (I carry an ancient Echo 280 chain saw for clearing downed trees).

I’m looking for a clamp or mount that stands off the jack and just mounts the shovel. Something like this that I just mocked up with zip ties.

Yea I could fab something pretty easily with quick grips and some bracket and carriage bolts but just curious if there is something “off the shelf” that people like.

Thanks!

Dominion Offroad has a nice mount that uses quick grips.

I used 4 quick grip clamps. Bolt two off them together. One side clamps around the jack handle or bar and the other around the shovel. Works great. If I can find a pic I'll post it.

I like it. Easy on/off but secure. Pic would be great - thanks!

It's not in the Jeep right now so it's not the best picture. Normally its mounted to the roll bar right behind the back seat. The shovel pops rights off with the quick fist clamps.

Ive used these variable sized reusable cable ties with no problems. Works in minus 0 while I was in New Mexico and works in 103 at home in Texas.

I ended up finding a piece of scrap birch and ripped it to the width of the bar on the Hi-Lift, then chamfered one side so it fits down against the bar and painted it black. Then drilled four holes - two for mounting it to the Hi-Lift with wing nuts and carriage bolts, and the other to for mounting a pair of Quick-Fist clamps to hold the shovel. Its been on a few trips with me now and other than making sure I snug down the wing nuts after a couple of days running on washboard, I'm really happy with it.
