Ads Showing after Premium Subscription

Hey guys,

I've been a premium subscriber for a few months now and still am seeing ads? I have toggled the show less ads in my CP and logged out and back in on multiple devices and they still show? What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Can you start by cleaning cookies and cache? Let me know if you notice any difference in the ads you see

Hi Kevin,

yes I did and afterwards I didn't see a change. I'm not sure what I'm missing or doing wrong.

What you might be seeing is only vendor ads. These normally show for premium members but only because these companies are also part of the community vs a group or google generated ads based on a guess of what you might like to see here.

I thought that also but on the screen grab pic I posted up top of this on the "left side it says upgrade to not see these ads."

Hey CtSeaRay,

I created a test account with the same settings and usergroup as yours (5 yr supporting member status) and from the screenshot you provided, I went to the same thread "Just ordered an Android head unit - Joying Jeep specific" to see if I could recreate the same ad that appeared for you or any ad for that matter.

Unfortunately, I was not able to do so. When you followed Kevin's suggestion earlier about clearing your cache and cookies, did you refresh your pages? Give that another shot if you haven't done so and let us know.

Thank you,
Natalie

I have the same issue. Can't turn off the ads either, no matter what I do.

Can you provide us with screenshots of what you're seeing? Also, are those ads saying "Upgrade to not see these ads"?

Also, clearing your cache/cookies and refreshing did nothing?

Cheers,
Nate
