hyperlinks in Forum emails don't work

When I receive an email from this forum on my computer at home, Windows 10 and Outlook 2007, the hyperlinks are not clickable. This site's messages are the only ones that do that. If forwarded to work computer, Outlook thru windows 365, they work just fine... as they used to here at home.
Any ideas?

Fixed it... I still think it's a forum issue, but I made an adjustment in Outlook and it works now. I think Outlook see the forum emails as spam of some sort so it's disabling the links.

Is there a setting in your desktop that would cause this? It is strange to me that the links register in one instance of your email, and not another. Can you also see if you can access the email in a browser instead of the outlook app and see if it does anything different?

Thanks.
Gerrit

I see the links on Comcast mail directly, but not in Outlook 2007. Not sure.

So for clarification, the emails are being open on different computers but with the same email account?

Just trying to clarify and troubleshoot with you.

To add to the mystery... the pic link in this thead's emails, pasted the email below, works fine, but the link to the forum, which does show as working when pasted into this post, does not show as a hyperlink.

Its actually fairly simple if you think of it this way: Any high current draw application (like lights) should use a *relay* to control the power to the lights - not a switch. The switch can then operate on a low current circuit to trigger the relay, which then controls the high current application. This way, you can have a shorter and more direct connection (using thicker, more expensive and difficult wiring) from the power source to the lights (without having to make round trip through the switch inside the vehicle).

So with a pair of lights and using a regular relay you'd want something like this (and you'd join the two positive leads from the lights together and ground the black wires directly to the frame:

If you're using something like this switchpod, its essentially the same but a bit easier - it replaces the relay and centralizes the "high current" power supply to all the relays.

Hope that makes sense.

Okay yeah this all makes sense for the most part... So far so good!

Although with a switchpod you also run the ground into the relay / pod right?

Think it might have been a reply from you further up the chain about wiring 4 lights together... Do things get less simple than just splicing all the wires together when 4 lights are involved? The lights are 20W and have a 1.63 amp draw per...
