keep getting bounced off the forum when trying to post replies.

This morning I've looked at WF a couple of times and whenever I try to post a reply to an existing thread, I'll start typing and when I get a couple of sentences in there's some sort of problem where the screen refreshes. I get a message on my MAC that says there's a problem with the website so it's been restarted. When it comes back to the same page, all my text is gone out of the reply box.

Seems to happen about 50% of the time and just started today. I went to a motorcycle forum and posted a couple of things with no problem, so I don't think it's on my end.

Anybody else having this issue?

Haven't experienced this yet myself.

No other information in that error message you get? What browser are you using and do you use any form of adblockers with it?

Kevin

I'm on a MacBook pro with IOS Sierra v10.12.5

No ad blockers other than the normal apple stuff selected to block popups.

The issue seems to have gone away. I was on the forum several times yesterday and it didn't happen at all. No idea what happened.

I'm having the same issue today. I type something up and go to post it as a thread or a reply and after I hit post it tells me I need to log in but it's never showing me as signing out or being signed out the whole time I'm typing.

IE8, North western KY.

Hey guys,

When you come across this next time, can you please copy all of the text that appears in the error message?

Also Jay, can you try navigating the site with another browser and see if that still occurs?

Richard.

It's the enhanced Mobile View. Apparently Chrome and it don't get along. I swap to desktop mode and the site runs fine

Hey guys,

Just to confirm this was occurring in Safari on your Macs?
What browser version are you running?

Richard.

Hey there

As noted in our post here, the WF app is no longer supported and it's not just for IOS11.

Tapatalk and the Free AG App (Apple link) (Android link) are the app options for the time being. You can also view the site in the enhanced mobile view by visiting it from your browser, or you can exit the mobile view and use the full desktop version.

I am experiencing this same problem using my iPad Pro and my iPhone 5s apps. The minute I tried to reply to a thread I type about two letters and the app crashes bring me back to my home screen. It appears that this is an Apple problem. Solutions? By the way I had to go out to the website bypassing the app to type this reply.

I followed the link you provided to Patrick above and saw your explanation. I guess I will look into this Tapatalk app.

So you are using your ipad to post? Are you using a browser, the Autoguide App, or Tapatalk?

I have always used my iPad and the WF app. I believe it is not compatible With IOS 10.
So, I copy and paste. Not a fan of Tapatalk, and too many ads on the website.

Support for the original WF app got pulled by it's developer last year. We have our own app that you can use, but the old app can't be updated or patched any longer. Meaning, we can't get anything fixed on it

Is the “new” app in the App Store and what’s it called?
