New advertisements

Seeing new ads that appear to be pinned to the top of sections (I'm mostly in TJ sections)
Is this a new normal?
Mazda is one.

Thanks, Pete

@pvansch1 Our Staff has also seen the Mazda thing. We are working on this issue with AG, the owner of this forum. Hopefully we will have a answer today..

They are popping up in each forum in the second spot. I have noticed when changing forums, that when the new forum initially loads, the ad is not their, but a few seconds later it pops up and pushed the other discussions (other than the first one) down one spot.

To me, it is counter productive for the advertiser, for a regular member just will ignore them. They are a bit aggrivating though.

Now after an hours, I'm getting two of them popping up taking the second and third position. I hope they get rid of them before long.

They seem to be gone from the JL section but one thread still there in the JK section and two in the TJ section. Haven't checked the YJ and CJ yet to see if the count goes up.

They appear at the top of every forum for me, both from honda and mazda. Was wondering why honda and mazda were advertizing on a forum for wranglers.

I for one, really dis-like this SPAM. Most Spam, our Staff has the capability to hit a button, and BAM.. they are Banned and gone. This one is really different. AG's Tech Team is working on it. This one is a tough one, so it has taken a while for AG, and it continues. But they will get it removed. Please have patience..TY

No ads for me. I use Ghostery with Firefox. I first heard about Ghostery on the Wrangler forum and decided to give it a try.
