posting pics side by side

Please link me to a thread if there is one... I could not find my answer...
I would like to do a DIY thread in the near future and have seen how some members post pics side by side to save space. Can someone explain how to do this please? I have a hosting site and know how to post pics in general so that part is not an issue, just the side by side part.

Couple of notes here. You can either use a program to create one image from the two and then post it, or, reduce the image size(s) so they will fit together on the screen. The second option is dependent on the browser/smart device/viewing device the user is reading the forum with.

You can simply post images on the same line. This is only good for if the images are small enough to stay on the same line within the browser window the forum member is viewing it on. Most forums, including thisd one, will not allow custom responsive code for threads or post due to security issues. So when you reduce the pixel viewing size on the device, the images will wrap to the next line.

Both of the images above have the code right next to each other without spaces.

Have a great day and good luck.

Allen
