video's in posts make the page wierd

i notice that if i make a post with a video link in it, it will make the page all kinds of strange. but if i hit the edit button, and do absolutely nothing to the post, it will correct itself.

as an example, here is a video without editing the post.

For those that get it, no explanation is needed. For those that don't, no explanation is possible.

Didn't recreate. The video was inside my post even without me opening up the edit window

What browser are you using?

See discussion in my thread here: https://www.wranglerforum.com/f2/emb...g-2156161.html

Don't know what/how you have your browser setup, but a possible solution from my thread is that is due to https links. The "secure" part breaks something on the server

This is absolutely correct. By removing the "s" from https before posting, your video and post will both appear correctly.

Interesting. Tried making an adjustment in the back end. Will see if that offers any change.

Hmm...no change, but it's definitely an odd issue. Will try to do some more digging on this to see what we can figure out. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Cheers,

Erik
