08 Rubi: Issues in what seems to be front end

Okay so I've got an 08 Rubi and I've got a couple of issues that I cannot diagnose. I honestly don't know how to explain this very well as it is. I've got slight rattling in my steering wheel and also I get a pretty prominent rattle/vibration/brushing type feeling. It's as if there's tension in the front end. I would like to know what it is, why it's happening, and what I need to do to fix it

It's hard to diagnose the problem but I'm attaching a link for diagnosing Death Wobble below. I know this isn't what you described but there are videos attached to the link that illustrate how to inspect the front suspension components. This may help you find what is causing you problems.

Could be several things. Does it happen all the time? Is your jeep lifted? Adjustable control arms?
