2007 4dr Wrangler X Gear Slippage

Just picked up a used 07 4dr X and within the last week 1st, 3rd, and 5th gears will all slip. Jeep has about 95K miles. I did some research and it could be the Gear bands or something else. Just wondering how much I am looking handing over to a shop (I’m not technically inclined unfortunately).

Most shops should give you a free estimate to do the work. Try calling a few?
Rates for the work can vary between areas.
