2012 6 Speed Cuts out under load on steep incline when front locker engaged

I don't know if it's been discussed somewhere here yet, but other folks that I've talked to seem to have the same issue with their 6 Speed as well. I've got a 2012 JKU Rubicon on 35s with a 6 speed. When I have the front locker engaged on a very steep incline with ledges it wants to cut out/bog out like I'm not on the throttle even though I will have the pedal mashed. Once it dies, It wont restart until I turn the key all the way off and wait about 15 seconds. Once it goes, I cant restart on the incline (as if I was carbureted although its a new fuel injected jeep). The ratios should still be fine seeing as it has the 4.10s, the rubi transfercase and i'm in first gear. The Jeep only has 36,000 miles on it, clutch is good, just replaced a faulty slave cylinder and it only does it when the front locker is engaged. Everybody I have talked to who has a friend or cousin with the 6 speed has the same issue and apparently "its an issue with all of the 6 speeds." Does anybody have an idea of how to fix it, or if it's a sensor of sorts to bypass it?
