4" lift questions

Hey guys first off i apologize for im sure this subject has been beaten half to death but i wanna make sure im doing this right and not half ass. i have an 08 jk 2 door sahara bone stock. i have a 4" rough country lift for it and was hoping to throw on some 36" wheels. i want input on what exactly needs to be done to make this work. it will be strictly on road only. no offraod. thank you

On a two door with the 3.8 engine, 4 inches of lift is going to make your Jeep tippy and your drive train all kinds of unhappy, a RC lift is not "quality", and you will need to address regearing to run tires that big. Not to mention why go through the expense for a rig that will never go off pavement?

Hang out here a while a read up before going down that road.

What is your budget? Start by replacing the 4 inch RC lift with a 2.5 lift by Rock Krawler or MetalCloak (all 8 adjustable arms and trackbars on a two door) and some flat Fenders if needed.
