Aftermarket Alpine Stereo - Wiring Question

I am in the process of installing an Alpine stereo into my 2008 JK Unlimited and I have everything set up except for the foot brake wire and parking wire. Where in the jeep can I find the wires to connect these to, and what color are they? Alpine stereos are different than most, and you cant simply ground them, there is a sequence that has to be done. I also dont want to put in toggle switches, or get the PAC Tr-7. I want to install it the proper way, can anyone help with that?

Ok, forget what i just wrote. I am going to go the double switch route instead. I know the foot brake has to be connected to a powered line, and the parking brake to a ground. Can i connected these to the 12v and ground lines on my wiring harness? or do i have to do it elsewhere?
