Aftermarket Headunit install questions

I have a 2016 JKU with the Alpine speaker package and the basic-basic head unit (just CD, no bluethooth, no nav, no XM) and I'm trying to install an Alpine ICS-X7HD..

I'm using the PAC TR7 to bypass the parking and foot brake safety features on the Alpine head unit and the PAC RP4-CH11 to retain the steering wheel controls and the factory amp.

I have everything wired correct per instructions from the ICS-X7HD harness to the CH11 minus the brake wires which are to the TR7. The head unit powers up and and the steering wheel controls work with the head unit but I'm not getting any sound.

I have wired the front speaker to the rear per wiring instructions and I have tested all the speaker out puts on the head unit with a shelf speaker to make sure there is signal.

This is the second CH11 I have wired in so I don't believe is the CH11 that is faulty.. The first CH11 I wired in gave me sound after test install. I unplugged form the factory harness to finish routing the mic and usb line and modify the dash to fit the double din but after reinstalling the Alpine head unit I cant get sound again (from both CH11 units). The factory head unit works fine when re installed so I don't believe there's a blown fuse or anything like that... The only thing I can think of is the factory amp inst turning on for some reason.

Has anyone had this issue when installing an aftermarket Head unit on top of the factory Alpine speaker system?

Found it... I missed the AMP TURN ON wire going to the CH11. I had power to the CH11 because the led was lit but missed the amp turn on.
