Air vacuum pump relocation

Prior owner put on a different bumper and zip tied the vacuum pump for the brakes to the frame. Is there a better option without doing major rewiring to mount this in a better location ?

I installed an Ace engineering bumper on mine and the relocation consisted of drilling out the welded in nuts and then mounting the pump under the mount instead of above the mount. Then there are always relocation brackets available.
