Installed Alloy USA ball joints and they failed after 5k miles and the death wobble is back.
Their customer service sucks as they hide behind the web-based ticketing system. Bought from a vendor that has closed shop and now can't claim the warranty.........
Their product sucks.....do we have any alloy USA rep on this forum that can help me out....
Aside from the DW being back, is there anything that points specifically to the ball joints having failed?
If it were me, I would just chalk it up to a learning experience and buy a set of TeraFlex, Dynatrac, or RareParts ball joints and go from there.
You could try contacting a difference vendor that sells Alloy USA and see if they can assist you. I try to buy stuff from known vendors that I trust. I know, that train has left the station....

I would recommend Dynatrac's over Rare Parts. I have heard and personally seen Rare Parts ball joints that have failed out of the box or early in their life and the lifetime warranty Rare Parts touts is worthless for them wearing out.
