Amber perimeter/safety flood setup

I'm wanting to setup amber perimeter/safety lighting when on the trail, severe weather, or on backroads so I can be more easier seen. Also would be good for camping and maybe puddle lights. I have amber fogs and I can see elements in the road so much better and it's easier on the eyes. I was thinking of wiring together 4 amber lux lights for the side rocker panels and KC Amber cube floods for the rear on one switch. Also wondering how legal they would be.. usually cops don't ticket you in blizzards. What do you guys think? Suggestions?

I'm thinking something similar to what tractor trailers do with Amber lighting. Possibly a street legal route?

Amber perimeter/safety flood setup

Also I would like to do rock lights and am just debating on doing an 8 amber light setup and calling it a day. I like the ability to move the lights temporarily if something needs worked on at night. It would also cost me 199 versus 350$
