Another roof rack/cargo rack question

I am looking to get a quick, simple, non-drilling required roof rack/cargo rack for my 14 Unlimited Sport (hard top) I need something that is relatively easy to install and remove. I have a 3.5" lift with 35s and I think I am about 4-6" from hitting the opening to my garage. So I think I will need to remove it after each use.

I think roof rack is the way to go as I use a bike rack in the hitch and don't really have anywhere to store a utility trailer. I also have the Rugged Ridge HD gate hinge and spare carrier. This will be used primarily for camping. If I can find something I will probably throw sleeping bags, folding table, lighter stuff on top and cover it with a tarp or cargo net.

I found the Surco Safari Rack and it looks like it attaches by clamping it under the rear hard top? I am looking to go as inexpensive as possible (I know, I know, you get what you pay for). Like I said it will be used for some lighter items just to keep them from taking space in the cab (I typically have 4 people inside when we go camping).

Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

I'm looking at the Teraflex Nebo. I really hate the idea of putting holes in my hardtop. I also would like a rack that I can take off easily so I can park in my garage. Seems nobody makes a rack that does it all.

Teraflex rack is not removeable or you will have holes. There are racks that clamp to the rain gutters but have low cap. and you can't remove your T tops...
