Broken Bolt....HELP!!

Alright jeep experts, here are 2 pictures of the fender wells (right/left) from my jeep. On the passenger side, I managed to snap the bolt as seen in the photo (the one where the hole is). So I have 2 questions;
1. Where do I get that replacement bolt?
2. How in the world am I going to get all that molding off and get the rest of the bolt out?

Appreciate your help, let me know if you need more pics.

you can prob take the bolt somewhere and have them match it fo ryou.
Id' try one of those bolt extractors to get the one out. I've used them a couple times and seem to work well if you do it right

Your dealer can order the bolt or you can match it at a hardware store.

I freaking hate bolt extracers because when they snap off and they do if you are not real careful and have everything perfectly drilled. they are nearly impossible to drill out once broken off in a bolt. You have to be dead center and that is going to be hard on that small of a bolt at that upside down angle. I am pretty sure you will need to pull your flaires to get the liner out.

I am pretty sure that is a nut not a bolt. It is a stud that broke. Is there any stud left in that hole or is it broken clean off. Depending on where it broke you might be able to get a new nut from the dealer and thread it on the stud. If not I would just ask the dealer for directions on replacing the stud to see if it is something you want to do.

It is a special nut not a bolt. Take the other one out and you will see what I mean. The only place you will be able to get one is at the dealer.

Look up in the hole and see if the stud is still there. If it's not there is not much you can do.

To take out the inner fender take out all of the push pins along the fender and the tree plugs on the inside can be removed with a trim removal tool. There may be a screw somewhere in there too. You can search for inner fender removal to get better instructions.

I just went out and looked and looks like you can get to it from the engine bay. look by horn or battery. might have to remove some stuff but should be able to drill it out. I think it is like Zak said a bolt so the stud maybe welded but should be able to put a new bolt and nut in to hold the liner.

If you are really lucky the bolt head you see will be the stud but probably not.

You can leave it as is. As stated, it holds the liner in place. I replaced my stock fenders with painted flares, realized that it didn't even come with one on the driver side.

You'll be fine without the bolt.

Also like said above the stud part is a bolt that come through the engine bay so it looks like it can be replaced.

I bought one from the dealer a couple of years ago when I cut the inner liners to install my bushwacker flares and ended up losing it somehow.

6510358-AA is the part no. on the invoice. Paid $4.50
