Calibration help

My main question is the superchip calibrator a reliable device? I have a 2015 jeep Rubicon that I just added 4" Teraflex lift, new drive shafts, wheels and tires. I took most everyone advice here and bought a AEV Procal and it does make a good paper weight I really could have found a lot better paperweight for $170. It does beep twice when hooked up but changes nothing. And all I get out of Northridge and AEV is bs and finger pointing. And yes I've tried everything, this has been going on since Friday. And I'm at the point where a good punt across the yard with the procal will make me feel better.( That may make it work?) But hey I've learned my lesson not to buy from the above vendors because the idea of customer service is lost on them. So enough ranting I have had great luck and great service from Morris 4X4 but they don't sell the procal maybe for good reason. Anyone running a superchip on a 2015 jeep please give me some feed back. ty

Well AEV finally called me back and made things right I hope, they are shipping me a new unit. And was told that they knew a bad batch got shipped out, so hopefully everone recieving these will have a heads up on the issue. I had to raise hell to get a resolution to the issue maybe it will be a better experience for you.

I have a 2015 Rubicon and the AEV unit works great with it. Hopefully you get it sorted and have a quick easy programming experience like I did.
