Clockspring bad?

my airbag light and accompanying chime have been coming on intermittently for the last couple of weeks. now I have noticed my horn is not working now. would both of these indicate a bad clockspring?

TIA
Rob

It's really not too bad to change out. Watch a few youtube video's. You may or may not need a steering wheel puller. I got one at autozone for like $10.

I bought my clockspring on amazon, there is only one clockspring for all JK year models and mopar is the only manufacturer.
