Clunk/Squeak coming from rear end

Recently there has been a clunking and loud squeaking noise coming from the rear of the Jeep, more specifically it sounds like it is coming from the passenger rear wheel area.

When going straight down the road, there is no noise, unless I hit a large bump or pothole which then produces a clunking sound in the rear (almost sounds like a lose jack or something clanking around in the cargo area, but I have already removed the jack entirely)

When making a left turn at a decent amount of speed the jeep makes a loud squeaking/creaking noise that sounds like it is coming straight from the passenger rear wheel area. It only does this on left turns, not right turns. The noise goes away after the turn, once you straighten out. It almost sounds like a creaking spring or something or that nature (I dont know that is is the springs, thats just the best way I can describe it) The noise that it makes on left turns is very loud and even caused one of my passengers the other day to say, Wow that doesn't sound good.

I thought it may be the shocks, So i replaced all 4 with bilstein 5100s ( I was going to do this regardless of the noise, my old ones were shot) Nope, the noise is still there after replacing the shocks (it didn't get better or worse) As I already mentioned, ive removed the rear jack and there is nothing else in the back cargo area of the Jeep. I have no idea what is causing this noise and it is driving me nuts. I do not really want to have to take it to a shop, I would like to figure it out myself, so any suggestions or ideas where to look would be appreciated!

The jeep is lifted with a spacer lift approximately 2 inches with 315/70/r17s in case that is relevant.
