Core 44 Front axle VS JKS track bar

So I'm still trying to get this install finished. It's bolted in but I ran into a couple of issues, one expected and one not.

My original tie rod was bent to crap and I had bought ends but not the center link (even though I thought I did) so i had to order a different set up. Wen to install it last night and my buddy looked and said, the track bar isn't going to clear the dif cover.

Sure enough, it won't. The Core 44 is a larger housing with a larger, apparently proprietary, dif cover. My JKS track bar won't clear it. Hits at about an inch of spring compression, way before the bump stop.

Waiting on G2 to open to ask what is known to work but I don't want to just install a factory track bar.

So my question is, Does anyone have any experience with these and what aftermarket, adjustable track bar are they using? I don't want to downgrade my track bar to stock and IMHO, the JKS is one of the best track bars available for strength.

Thanks

Like he said, the diff cover is proprietary. There is nothing to swap out with. It is a one of a kind. I have the Core 44 and it is massive. The stock track bar fits and is what I am using. I might want to put in an aftermarket track bar some day so I am interested in what G2 says.

I'm using the metalcloak track bar with a core 44 front axle. No issues and that's with taking springs out and checking to 1" bumpstop. Make sure the track bar is aligned correctly though. When a shop put in my front core 44, they "aligned" it, but off center, which was a big problem with the diff cover.

Edit: I'm using the LOWER axle mount with that track bar.

Found out that my wheelbase has grown to almost 96" with the axle, using the stock control arms. I knew the lift moved me .5" larger, wasn't expecting the axle to push forward another 1.5". This is why the track bar is hitting the dif. I also set the track bar up in the lower hole.

The actual response I got from G2 this morning was they designed the axle to work with stock components and said they believed the Rubicon Express 1683 track bar would clear. I looked at the RE 1683 track bar Saturday at 4WP but I don't think it will clear in my case.

Looks like I'm going to need control arms. I started a thread about going with Synergy long arms. If y'all know anything about them, I'm all ears.

I have the Teraflex track bar and Core 44 front axle. But I also have adjustable CAs, which allowed me to dial the wheelbase back to where it should be. Things are close but seem to clear fine at this point. I just installed the track bar last week and haven't done a full test yet. Will do next week when I return home.

OK, so based on many conversations with G2, Rubicon Express (I know they are both owned by Trans America, they have separate support system), Synergy, Clayton and JKS, we determined that any Synergy or Clayton kit wouldn't do what I needed using the JKS track bar, JKS doesn't have another design that they would say would work. G2 and RE both said the HD track bar #1683 would definitely work.

So my local 4WP worked with me to source this track bar quickly (at a very attractive price too). In short, Installed it last night, it fits and has plenty of clearance. It doesn't appear as strong as the JKS appears to be but it is pretty HD in itself. Way more beefy than the stock track bar. It also is really easy to adjust to dial the axle back to center. Time will tell if it will be reliable with my wheeling style.

The important part is my axle is in and I just need to do final torque on all the bolts and I'm rolling again.
