Angry Electrical fault somewhere

I have an issue that has me stumped. When I sart up and drive off the speedo does not work and the needle sits on zero; however, after only a few seconds to maybe a minute or two at the most the red brake light comes on and the speedo comes to life and begins working.

I have checked fuses but am at a loss what or where the issue maybe.

Really hope someone maybe able to point me in the right direction.

There is a ground between the front seats and the transmission tunnel both seats. There is a ground by your left foot/leg on the kick panel. Same by the front passenger right leg. Then there is a ground under the hood left side midway between the master cylinder and radiator. Same on the passenger side. Make sure the metal to metal contact is there and no paint stopping the ground.

Welcome to the forum too. Good luck and let us know what you find. Hey while your at it post your location in your profile and tell us about your Jeep. Red, white, blue, 2 door, auto/stick etc.
