Search for recent mileage threads. They are abundant, even more so since the infamous Winter blend came into distribution in the late fall.

Ten MPG is on the low end even for 37s. What is the gearing in your diffs?

I agree and too the 4 speed auto doesn't really have allot of pull/momentum. One thing I would suggest, is check to see if it's completed all of its recalls, yes we all have some sort of recall on our jeeps.
But here is what I'm getting at, if it has to goto the dealer.. they will undoubtedly plug into the chip to see if there is an issues. in my case they plugged in and the jeep seems to be riding/driving hard or with more horses.. at a 6 speed manual.
So who knows getting a reflash may correct your issue.
btw. our 08 now gets 17 city - 23 highway slightly better or the same as most, with smaller tires and no lift. Thou using or attempting to use pure non-ethanol gasoline may make a difference.
