Geo Brackets

Question, Has anyone noticed that after adding GEO`s that the front rake returns on a lifted JK? Maybe not as much as stock but does drop some. Has anyone seen this and if so what was done to resolve it?

It's not possible. Maybe your coils have just settled?

Anything is possible, What would be the correct way to measure the height, use the bumpers?

"Anything" is NOT possible.

Consider that you could completely remove your lower control arms while your jeep is sitting with its weight on the ground and it would not effect the height. Height is dictated by spring length and weight carrying capacity.

Agree... it is not possible. Springs and only springs control the height.

Your coils are just settling. It's just a coincidence that you installed the geo brackets and noticed it. What lift?

For a comparison I have a TeraFlext 2.5" lift with the AEV Geo Brackets. On the front I have an 85 lb. LOD bumper and about a 70 lb. winch.

Using the measuring technique above my measurement is 20.5". So I have a total of 2" lift with the TF 2.5" coils after installing a bumper and winch.

Frithers, what is your measurement?
