Help determining a steering issue

I have a 2012 Rubicon with 30k miles. I bottomed out pretty good on a rock the other day, and instantly upon getting back on the road I realized my steering was messed up. It has tons of play, holds the angle you steer it into turns without your hands on the wheel, and randomly veers slightly left or right while driving. I'm trying to figure out what exactly I damaged so I can replace the parts. With it parked, it leaks some fluid on the ground, which I think smells like hydraulic fluid but it's basically some sort of oil. Here's pics of the bottom, that ram that appears wet is the part that I believe is damaged.

Is that the steering stabilizer? I have access to a lift, is that something I can fix myself, or is it pressurized enough that I need special equipment?

Thanks
