Is this normal?

I'm wanting to paint my exhaust black so I crawled under he jeep today and noticed this,
It looks to me like the track bar might have come in contact with the exhaust at max flex and bent the exhaust

This is in the rear the clamp you see there is for the muffler and that is he rear track bar

There is a dent in the pipe and I don't know if it is supposed to be there or not

That is a factory dent.

They all have it.
It is to keep it from actually hitting the pipe at full flex.
