Issue with traction control

was having problems with the ABS light, traction control light, and also the downhill asist light would flicker.
was told it might be a wheel sensor so i removed the rear rotors and pulled those out , there was mud and they were very dirty.
cleaned those and the tone ring and put everything back and test drove and now it wont shift past 3rd.

ABS, Traction control lights are still on and now dont know what to do, anybody have any ideas ?????

66k ? That's quite a bit, especially running bigger tires.

Hub bearing

If your talking about the unit bearings, they seem fine, no play, no wobble when jacked up.
I replaced the right front wheel speed sensor and now it shifts like its suppose to, but the ABS and Traction control light is still on.
unhooked the battery for about 20 minutes, anything else i should do

Had the same lites on this week, ended up being the passenger front wheel speed sensor. Just a coincidence I guess that the dealer just replaced the r/f axle seal there less than 1000 miles ago. 19,000 on the '13
