Lift suspension/alignment tech 101

So it is clear that when you lift stuff happens, including:

1) axle shift laterally,
2) bump steer becomes a problem
3) getting correct alignment numbers becomes a problem
4) driveshaft pinion angle may become a problem

I'm probably missing other things on the above list. I think I know that adjustable track bars (or track bar brackets) help re-center the axles. And I think adjustable control arms help front to back axles centerline positioning, may allow correction of caster, and may allow come tweaking of pinion angle. But I'm not really sure I understand nor can picture everything I'm saying.

Is there some guide somewhere that explains what helps what (with pictures for dummies)?

Not sure if this will help at all but here is a pic of my alignment after 2inch Mopar lift, 285/70r17 NRG tires, rancho Geo brackets and yeti track bar were added.
