LOD rear bumper without tire carrier and spare tire mounting issue

So I bought the LOD rear bumper without tire carrier, and can no longer get the spare tire mounted. To get the stock 32" tire from the rubicon I used the relocation bracket from smittybilt that usually allows 35" tires. Now that I've gotten my 35" tires, I can only mount them using the the relocation bracket and a spacer. Even then there is an issue with using the trailer hitch on the bumper. Any advice, different relocation bracket, etc that anyone recommends?
Some pics of the issue:

And the mounting method:

Send a message via Yahoo to dawhitesJKU
Teraflex, Maximus -3, or crawler conceptz fits the bill under 700.

Thanks. I'll check into them. From the pics it looks like maximus is out since it still requires the stock bump out, but the others all look good.

Can I request a picture? From the side showing how far the bumper goes forward toward the rear tire. Hoping it's not as far as the stock bumper.
