Metal grinding noise from underneath the JK

I've been noticing this annoying metal grinding noise coming on and off for a while now. Mostly when cruising at below 25mph around the town.

I'm having a hard time figuring out where it's been coming from, and how bad it is. It goes away when fully stopped, and shows up almost every time i leave a parking spot.

Have anyone had this issue or has a lead? JKUR10A, 2013.
Thank you WF friends!

Here's my guess:

Take a look inside front wheels, there's a metal shield on there to keep dust and such off the rotors. Make sure it's not rubbing and there's nothing stuck in there.

^ good place to start. Little pebbles like to lodge themselves between the water shield and the brake disk.
Jack up your Jeep, and turn each wheel by hand, and listen for the noise.

follow up - found the source of the squealing noise.

Brake pad clip or whatever that part is, the issue is obvious. Brake pads and rotors having to be replaced. Rotors are pretty much rusted and worn out, i wouldn't bother resurfacing.
