Metra Turbo-Kit for Pioneer 4200

The instructions with the Metra 95-6511 Multi-Kit for the Pioneer 4200NEX are kind of vague. Which letter holes are the bolts for the brackets supposed to go into and does the lettering on the side of the kit need to be up or down? It seems like it should be up, but the one diagram in the instructions appears to be down.

Thanks in advance.

Just did this today. The lettering is upside down, and each is labeled with with a L or R in the code. Line it up so that you can see an etched M center in the holes, and install the screws at that point. Essentially if the mount is centered with the front of the unit, and at least 3 screw holes are lined up, you're good.

You also need to cut the ears off to fit flush. Fast forward to the 6 minute mark. They will give you a visual of the cut/install of the metra kit.

edit: I forgot to look at the date and seems like OP already fixed the issue.
