Need help after lift

I need the expertise of the folks on the forum. I cannot seem to find the answer to my issue. I have installed a Rubicon express 3.5" lift. The standard version. After following the install procedure. I have not been able to remove what seems to be wondering in my JKU. I've also installed an adjustable track bar and high steer kit. My issue is that after I center the steering wheel, if I hit a bump the steering wheel will no longer be center. I do still have a little bump steer at about 45mph. I've gone over all the bolts to make sure everything is tight. I'm at the point where I may need to take it to shop to help me. But before I do. I still would like to try and fix it myself.

Thanks in advance!

Do you have a link to the kit you installed? How does that lift address caster? The wandering is likely a caster issue, although at 3.5" it's hard to dial in enough caster for sake of pinion angle.

As far as the steering wheel, tighten up the bolts on the drag link, it sounds like they may be too loose.

The kit cam with cam bolts. I now have adjustable upper and lower control arms.
I'll also go back and check the draglink bolts.

What did you set your control arms lengths at? Front uppers and lowers.

Stock ball joints?

I have not installed the control arms yet. I just picked them up. The JKU is 2015 with 40k miles. Ball joints will now be looked at as a possibility. Thanks again.

Did you install the cam bolts? If not, good thing and that's why it wanders. You need to install the control arms.

Set the front uppers at 18-3/4

Set the front lowers at 23-1/16

I did install the cam bolts. Not really knowing I was going to need the controllers arms this quick. Sounds like there will be some welding and drilling (plug cam bolt hole) to add the control arms. But first I have to move my family to our new home.
After the move the focus will be on getting this squared away. Pressurized thanks for the info.

The cam bolt eliminator kit is best if its welded when installed, but it's not mandatory. It is not difficult to do... You could do the cam eliminator and lowers in about an hour.

Good luck!
