New and looking for help!!

So, ive never posted to a forum before and i can't seem to find one that has the same issues as me so i figured i would ask.

i have a 2014 jku dragon edition. 3.5 rubicon express lift. 33 inch tires on stock 18s. 60k miles. new ball joints. I've had loose steering for some time now. kind of play in steering, half inch play if not more. tired to tighten steering box. tired to take to dealer because i have after market warranty. they don't know what the problem is, thought it might be gear box but won't do anything about it. so i took it upon myself to save up and replace the gear box with a psc big bore hd steering box thinking that should solve my issues and allow me to upgrade my tires in the future. its been about 45 days since new gear box has been installed and im having the same issue. pissed i took it back to the dealer to have them diagnose issue and same thing they said its the gear box but won't give me any ideas on how to fix and sent me on my way.

so my question is, has anyone encountered this before. is it possible the new gear box has failed or has some factory defect or is something causing the gear boxes to go out? located in az and tired of dealing with dealer asshats and don't know where to take it or if its something i can do myself. I've done most of the mods myself. im not always the sharpest tool in the box but i know my way around a jeep. I've owned a yj and a tj. but this jku is kicking my ass. any advice is helpful....

Have you changed the tie rod ends?

I put Synergy ball joints on my black 09 and it always felt "flighty" after that.. do a google search and you will find lots of similar complaints with Synergy ball joints.
