Odometer stays lite and the word Faction appears

2015 Wrangler Unlimited dashboard odometer reading stays on (or did) along with the word "Faction" on the other side of the instrument cluster. I am clueless as to why? Does this mean my Jeep is in some kind of Rental Car mode? Also, had to park my jeep at the airport for 3 days came back and the battery was dead (very well could have left my door not shut / no worries) but I noticed after getting a jump the odometer reading no longer stays on nor the word "Faction" appears on the other side of the instrument cluster. And one more problem was solved inadvertently, my stereo had been resetting back to demo mode frequently (annoying, to say the least) it hasn't done this sense my battery incident.

Thanks,

Newby

Might not get the answers you need only because you've posted in the TJ forum lol
Almost sounds like it went back into some kind of transport mode.

Wow, 'Faction' in your display, never heard of that but that's something us TJ owners wouldn't have experience with. Post your question in the JK Technical forum, they'll likely be able to help you.

Or a mod can move this thread over to the JK forum for you.

Faction is probably the satellite radio station you're listening to. Your radio stations are displayed in your instrument cluster.

Agreed...channel 41. Great station when Jason Ellis isn't on there. You can turn that off in the person settings menu if you want.

Interesting thought but I don't have the stock stereo nor satellite radio hooked up but that makes sense and that could very well have been the last station it was on. Thanks!

Not a Jason Ellis fan I take it.

LOL, not long after I got my Wrangler I was listening to SAT radio Ch 125, Patriot. On the 130 radio the station usually doesn't display in the instrument cluster but when you do certain things that I can't remember, it does put a one-line display on the instrument panel with the name of the channel.

So all of a sudden I get "Patriot" in the instrument and thought to myself, "Damn! Those idiots at Jeep have put the wrong instrument panel in my Wrangler!"
