oem coil spring rate question

I wanted to get some knowledge one the JK Oem Spring rates. I notice the highest rate for front and rear are 19/60. My question is the stock jk has a slight rake which the rear sits higher so if I were to use a 19 front and 56 rear would the jeep be leveled?

In theory, yes.

How much would it really level it... no clue. Every jeep seems to be different. You could try it. Or get a 1" coil spacer for the front and be done if you dont plan on doing a lift.

Generally each number you go up represents about 1/4" to 1/3" of lift. Personally I went from 14/56 to 17/59 on a 2dr hardtop and gained 1" front and rear. I wanted to keep the factory rake so it was not squatting when I hook up the boat or motorcycle trailer. I will have to add a 3/4" or 1" spacer when I install a steel front bumper and winch or replace the springs with 2" lift springs due to the extra weight.

No you would have a reverse rake. You will be level with 19/60.
