OOOgah horn install

Thinking of installing an old Model A OOOgah horn on the JK.
Can I just disconnect the two OEM horns and just use the factory harness/relay for a plug'n play install?

I guess it depends on the draw. I had a Harbor Freight "WOLO" horn layin around, and plugged it in just to see what it would do. It promptly blew the fuse due to the power draw of the horn.

In it's defense...it came with a relay. Wire it direct through the relay, and use your horn wires to trigger. But that was more effort than I was willing to put in.

I put in dual PIAA horns - mounted where the (auto) trans cooler would mount behind the grille / in front of the radiator.

After listening to a sound bite on a horn from Amazon I'm having second thoughts.
Sounded like someone stepped on a duck. Not much of an AOOOGAH.

One horn provided in my 2008 Wrangler Unlimited, deemed too wreak. Installed two Piaa Sports Horns.
Good News: Sound is good and loud, like an American car. When looking for a replacement, I came across the Piaa Sports Horn but thought them to be, well, like a sports car horn. (toot toot), Wrong, loud like regular cars.
Bad News: The instructions provided by Piaa web site not adequate, maybe because they installed on a 2011 and not a 2008. The screw to remove the factory horn is not accessible unless one takes off the grill, then the radiator support. So, I just found two random bolts near the existing horn and mounted, then spliced in the wiring taken off the factory horn (which will remain in place till the end). Problem solved.
