Phat rims and tires for my Black Mamba!

I just purchased Pro Comp Alloys Flat Black Wheel With TiresSERIES 7005, 17x8, 6 on 5.5 Bolt PatternBackspace = 4.5 in. Max Load= 2200lbsFinish = Flat Black Hub Centric = NoOffset = 0mmMud-Terrain T/A KM2Benefits of BF Goodrich, and wanted to know if I have a 2.5 lift with Pro Comp shocks and spring will I need anything else? I'm hoping that's it, but some of the guys are telling me I might need wheel spacers to avoid rubbing. Anybody out there with feedback?

The picture looks like the wheels have only five bolts. They look nice. Hope they fit.
