Bought my 2008 JK Rubicon last summer. Since then, I've done all of the typical little (inexpensive) things like plastidip wheels and grille, chopped the fenders, added K&N, hacked the front bumper, added new LED headlights, an Alien sunshade, and Raingler nets. So far, ol' Shaka is coming right along.
Today, I ordered:
- wheel/tire combo...Mickey Thompson Baja ATZP3 (35") on 17" Mickey Thompson Classic III wheels (black).
- Teraflex 2.5" coil lift with shocks
- Teraflex adjustable track bar
- Teraflex steering stabilizer
I realize that upon completion of this project, a new tire carrier will be required...that will come as soon as I sell off the stock wheels/tires.
Any tips you guys want to impart before I put Shaka up on jack stands tonight and start tearing things down?
