Question on the Rock Krawler transmission pan

Ones this thing exist? I have found several posts on many different forms. I even found the install instructions from Quadratec but I can't anyone selling it?
What's the deal looks like back in 2012 it went for about 200 dollars......

Any idea why it went away? Where there issues with it? Guessing maybe it was not a hot seller so they stopped making them?
