Radiator hose melted from exhaust?

The hose coming off the back of the thermostat housing has a heat shield on it but the exhaust pipe coming in contact with it melted through the heat shield and melted the hose. Now I have a slow drip of coolant burning off after dripping down to exhaust. Obviously it's not the radiator hose to thermostat but the other one coming off the thermostat housing. I need a fix or replacement but not sure what hose to look up.

What hose should I say I need at the dealership?

Anyone else have this problem and if so what's the long term fix?
