I prefer the lower extensions, the Synergy are really good, but a little expensive. A number of people are using the $16 eBay extensions.

Which shock, spring and what bump stops? Are you safe to put on the extensions?

I have the Synergy extensions with the Rancho front shocks. I am also running extra front bump stop, so I have the Synergy extensions to recover the lost travel.
